Can I send one combined PDF instead of separate files?
Yes. Every page inside a combined PDF is identified and checked individually — exactly as if it were a separate file. Separate files are preferred only because a fix means re-uploading just that one panel instead of the whole document.
A file was flagged — how do I fix it?
Re-upload the corrected file with the same file name. It replaces the original automatically and is re-checked straight away.
What do you check?
Panel size and bleed, CMYK colour, image resolution, font embedding and leftover template layers — live, as each file arrives.
My file says it will be “auto-scaled at print” — do I need to do anything?
No. A size within 2% of the panel is scaled to fit automatically when we prepare the print sheet. Anything further out is flagged in red instead.
